Together, we define clear goals and objectives for personal development, establish how and when they will be achieved, and determine the support required throughout your wellness journey, including menopause coaching and mental health support. I am committed to serving as your coach, non-clinical counselor, guide, and advocate in pursuit of lasting health and well-being through comprehensive wellness services.

I also provide mental health support and guidance for personal development, empowering individuals to live their best lives.
Julianne McLaughlin is a certified holistic health practitioner with over 16 years in the health and wellness industry and more than 25 years in the fitness sector. As the author of '365 Days to A Whole New U', a public speaker, and a provider of wellness services to major corporations and non-profits throughout New England, Julianne has extensive experience in health coaching and menopause coaching.
Julianne has collaborated with individuals, corporations, and non-profits, focusing on educating, inspiring, and empowering people toward better physical, emotional, and mental health support.
With an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Julianne is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health and Human Services at the University of Maine. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer, a Pilates instructor, and a Johnny G. Spin Instructor, all of which contribute to her commitment to personal development.
